Led the first international full line store for Bloomingdale’s in the Mideast with Al Tayer-Insignia Group built in an (18) month schedule.

Building challenges included unifying spaces that were meant to accommodate separate tenants, including an ellipse addition that was originally meant for a Media Welcome Center. Design resolution and integration of a three story façade into the Dubai Mall existing architecture.

Coordination of (68) vendor shops, including luxury vendors such as Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Armani.

Managed the creation of a Cosmetic Hall on the ground floor, with vendors backing up to their own treatment rooms.

Home Store concept ‘Street of Shops’, included Magnolia Bakery, Gelato, Bloomies NY, Art Gallery, Arabian Bazaar, Vintage Garden, Stationary/Books, along with departments Of Furniture, Domestics, Housewares and Tabletop.

First international full line stores for L Brands in the Mideast with Al Shaya LLC, built in an (11) month schedule.

The Mall of the Emirates store was built in (9) weeks, including demolition, due to a lease agreement with the existing tenant.

On-boarded a new partner with the L Brands VSFA/PINK brand standards. La Senza, Multiple locations, average size 1,500 – 2,500 sq. ft.

With the 2010 purchase of La Senza by L Brands, managed multiple global franchise partners in renovating the stores from the ‘white concept’ to the ‘pin up’ concept in the La Senza brand standards.

Responsibilities included projects in the UK, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Kuwait, India, Bahrain, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok. Jakarta, South America , Saudi Arabia, Russia, South Africa, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, and Morocco
